Do I have to get my neck adjusted?
NO. Neck adjustments are typically reserved for cases where there is a specific need, such as joint dysfunction or restricted range of motion. In many cases, other therapeutic interventions, such as exercise therapy, manual therapy, or soft tissue techniques, may effectively address the underlying issue without the need for neck adjustments. It's important for healthcare providers to thoroughly assess each patient's condition and consider the most appropriate treatment options based on individual needs and preferences.
